Step 3: Now for Booking an Appointment at UIDAI run Aadhaar Seva Kendra Select ‘City/Location’ and Click on ‘Proceed to Book Appointment’.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and click on ‘Verify OTP’.
Step 6: Now Choose your residency status, indicating whether you are an Indian resident or a Non-Resident Indian (NRI).
Step 7: Enter the Aadhaar number, Name on the Aadhaar, and Date of Birth.
Step 8: Now Choose the Application Verification type either Document or HoF. Select State, City, and Aadhaar Seva Kendra, and click on Next.
Step 9: Select the field to be updated, Enter New details (Updated), Select the type of document for Proof, and Click on Next.
Step 10: Now select the Appointment Date and Time Slot and click on Next.
Step 11: Review the details of the Appointment Application and Personal details and click on Submit.
Step 12: Now you are required to pay a fee of Rs. 50/- (Fifty rupees only) for the online update process. Payment can be made using a credit/debit card or through net banking. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. Click on “Make Payment” and choose your preferred payment method to proceed.
Step 13: After payment, your request has been submitted and You will obtain an acknowledgment number in PDF format. Print out this acknowledgment form and carry it to Aadhaar Seva Kendra on the day of the Appointment with supporting documents. After Updates, you will come to know via message on your registered number about update status.
