Types of Udyam Registration
- For New Entrepreneurs who are not Registered yet as MSME or those with EM-II and
- For those having registration as UAM and For those already having registration as UAM through Assisted filing
Steps for applying Udyam Registration for New Entrepreneurs
- Visit Udyam registration Portal
- Click on “For New Entrepreneurs who are not Registered yet as MSME or those with EM-II “
- Enter your Aadhar Card Number and name as per Aadhar Card and Validated the details.
- Enter OTP Received on Mobile Number registered with your Aadhar Card.
- After Aadhar Verification, enter your “Type of Organization” and Pan card number. Click on the “Validate PAN” button.
- After verification of PAN, the Udyam Registration form will appear and the entrepreneurs need to fill the personal details and details of their enterprise.
- Verify all the details are accurate after filing the form .
- After Filling all the correct details in the form click on “Submit and Get Final OTP” button.
- After Submission you will get your MSME Registration Number.

Steps for applying MSME Registration For Entrepreneurs Already Having UAM”
- Visit Udyam registration Portal.
- Click on the link “For those having registration as UAM” or “For those already having registration as UAM through Assisted filing”.
- Enter your Udyog Aadhaar Number and select OTP Option.
- Enter OTP Received on Mobile Number or email id registered with your UAM Number.
- After UAM Verification, enter your “Type of Organization” and Pan card number. Click on the “Validate PAN” button.
- After verification of PAN, the Udyam Registration form will appear and the entrepreneurs need to fill the personal details and details of their enterprise.
- Verify all the details are accurate after filing the form .
- After Filling all the correct details in the form click on “Submit and Get Final OTP” button.
- After Submission you will get your MSME Registration Number.
